Construct Studio’s latest game, Home A Drone, is an action packed shooter-defender hybrid built for VR. Producing it was an absolute roller coaster of an experience that left us creatively satisfied, longing for more, and utterly exhausted. Below are images I rendered, some in-engine and others in Marmoset, to show off the assets we’d made along the way.
The models for the drones and weapons as well as the videos above were created by others on the team. My primary job was to produce the environment art and level design. Later, as our timeline was extended, I was tasked with texturing assets, creating marketing renders, and improving performance.
